You all know Karen ‘kk’ Taylor. Her Mind + Body courses calm and encourage us. For one month, kk has been touring Europe along with her pal Dian, and we get to observe alongside. As kk says, ‘I am ready to have fun.’ This senior journey journey is simply that; we will share her experiences and preserve our minds open and lively. Follow kk’s warrior poses as we ‘get in our steps’ and lean into the expertise. Getting our steps in is simple when the inspiring sights are simply forward.
